The Lean Dashboard Widget adds an interactive widget to quickly visualize and manage performance in key areas across your operation. Following lean principles, the widget is a digital PSQDC board. Metrics and events can be tracked across People, Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost categories, enabling your team to understand what improvements need to be made to continuously improve your process. The Unit Test app guides users through an example of using the widget and explains how it set it up in your own workflow. Widget plugins are additional functionality that is not standard in the platform. Widget plugins are accessible in the app editor menu bar.
