PF6 FlexSystem

The Atlas Copco PF6 FlexSystem is a configurable assembly tightening system allowing multiple tools or spindles to be controlled in a coordinated fashion. Centered on the Power Focus 6000 (PF6) controller technology, it enables a flexible setup where different tool types (handheld or fixtured) can be connected and managed. The FlexSystem supports sequential or simultaneous operations, sharing a controller to reduce hardware and footprint on the line. It provides the advanced tightening strategies, monitoring, and data capture of the PF6, while giving manufacturers the versatility to adapt the system to various assembly tasks or reconfigure stations as needs change.
