Power Focus 8

The Atlas Copco Power Focus 8 is an earlier generation intelligent controller for Atlas Copco’s assembly tools, offering precise control of torque and angle for each fastening. It allows for programming multiple tightening programs, so operators can switch between different joint specifications on the fly, which is useful in mixed-model production. The controller monitors each tightening to ensure it meets the set criteria and provides immediate feedback (OK/NOK) via connected indicators or its display. It also supports connectivity to factory networks (via Fieldbus or Ethernet options) for data collection and integration into quality systems, helping maintain consistency and traceability in assembly operations.
