Load Cells

Honeywell’s load cells are force sensors engineered to measure weight or tension/compression forces with excellent accuracy and repeatability, commonly used in scales, material testing machines, and structural monitoring. They utilize strain gauge technology bonded to robust metal structures, producing a measurable electrical signal (mV/V output) proportional to the force applied, and can handle capacities ranging from a few grams to hundreds of tons depending on the model. These load cells come in various form factors such as single-point, shear beam, pancake, or S-beam designs, each suited to different mounting and loading configurations in industrial and OEM applications. Built to withstand overloads and environmental factors, many Honeywell load cells feature sealed enclosures (IP ratings) and temperature compensation, ensuring stable and reliable measurements in harsh conditions or over wide temperature ranges.
