Digimatic Calipers

Mitutoyo Digimatic Calipers are high-precision digital calipers equipped with Mitutoyo’s Digimatic output port for data transmission. They allow users to take exact measurements (internal, external, depth, step) displayed on an LCD to a resolution of 0.01 mm or 0.0005", with a typical accuracy of around ±0.02 mm for a 6-inch model. By connecting a Digimatic cable or wireless transmitter, measurement values can be sent directly to a computer or data collector, reducing manual entry errors. These calipers are built with stainless steel frames and smooth sliding jaws, including features like zero-setting at any position and unit conversion, making them a staple in precision machining and inspection tasks.
