Mitutoyo Caliper Receiver

The Mitutoyo Caliper Receiver, part of the U-WAVE system (often called U-WAVE-R), is a USB wireless receiver that collects data from Mitutoyo’s U-WAVE transmitters. When plugged into a PC, it registers as an input device, capturing measurement values sent from digital calipers, micrometers, and other instruments equipped with U-WAVE modules. The receiver can handle multiple tools by using different frequency channels or addresses, ensuring each measurement is correctly associated with its source tool. It works with Mitutoyo’s software or keyboard input emulator, seamlessly transferring measurement readings into applications like spreadsheets or SPC (Statistical Process Control) programs for analysis.
