U-Wave Fit

The Mitutoyo U-WAVE fit is a wireless transmitter attachment that enables Mitutoyo digital measuring tools to send data to a PC without cables. It is designed in a slim form factor to “fit” newer Mitutoyo calipers and micrometers, clipping onto the tool without significantly altering its shape or balance. The transmitter uses a proprietary wireless protocol to communicate with the Mitutoyo U-WAVE receiver, instantly sending each measurement reading as if it were typed in via keyboard. This allows for efficient, error-free data collection directly into software (like Excel or quality control systems), improving throughput and reducing clutter from wires in the workspace.
