Valor Series

The Ohaus Valor series are high-speed, stainless steel food scales designed to meet the stringent requirements of food processing and culinary environments, including IPX-rated washdown cleaning. They offer extremely fast stabilization (often in under half a second) so operators can weigh ingredients or portions rapidly to keep production moving. Valor scales feature touchless sensors (on some models) for hands-free tare to maintain hygiene, checkweighing mode with bright LED indicators for portioning, and dual displays (front and back) so two operators can use the scale simultaneously from opposite sides of a counter. Built with durable polycarbonate or stainless housings and knife-proof overlays, as well as rechargeable battery options, the Valor series ensures reliability, safety (NSF certified, food-safe materials), and convenience for applications like commercial kitchens, bakeries, and food factories.
