Inventory App Suite

The Inventory App Suite supports activities for ensuring accurate warehousing information and preventing unexpected material shortages. The included apps provide real-time status of inventory levels to improve material flow visibility. Built off the Common Data Model, the Inventory App Suite is interconnected with other apps in the Composable MES App Suite and easily extensible to meet the specific needs of your operations.

The Inventory Dashboard shows key metrics and charts about inventory throughout your facility. As shown, the dashboard provides real-time updates about average cycle times, pending kanbans, and daily deliveries.

The Material Loading and Receiving app guides users through the process of documenting the arrival of new materials. As shown, operators can track truck entry, truck ID, and material status to manage material loading.

The Material Warehouse App allows you to manage and track transacting material to a warehouse. As shown, the apps tracks material location, material ID and quality to avoid inventory stock-outs.
